The final step in the process of making a booking is to upload your identification for checking.

Step 3 - Verify Your ID

For Personal Hires we require two utility bills and a valid passport.

All documents must display the logo, address, your name, date of issue (wihtin the last 3 months).

You can use a bank or phone statement (which is classed as a letter) with one of the above.

If you do not have utility bills, you can provide a guarantors to include all 3 along with their mobile number and email address.

You have done everything required but your booking is not confirmed just yet.

Our team need to check your payment and that the ID you uploaded meets the requirements.

As soon as this is done (normally within a few hours) we will send you a “Booking Confirmation” email.
